A: You can build one of Castle Rock Builder’s 35 Custom Home models. Please keep in mind ANY Castle Rock Builder’s plan can be customized, expanded or altered to suit your own individual needs, tastes and desires.

Q: How do I finance my Custom Home?
A: Easy, utilize a construction loan. Castle Rock Builders have relationships with multiple lenders that specialize in construction loans. We only work with experts on construction financing. Our experts will ensure that you will receive the most favorable terms, conditions and treatment pertaining to your construction loan.
Q: How long does it take to construct a Castle Rock Builder’s Custom Home?
A: From the point of breaking ground, it takes approximately anywhere from 180 days to 210 days to construct a new Custom Home depending on the size and complexity of the home being constructed. Please keep in mind that there are events that need to occur prior to breaking ground and these events do account for additional time. These events include, but are not limited to, engineering (degrees of engineering varies from county to county), lot preparation prior to breaking ground, construction loan settlement, etc…
Q: Does Castle Rock build or start custom homes during the winter months?
A: Absolutely! We build new Custom Homes year around, including during the winter months.
Q: Does Castle Rock Builders take care of everything pertaining to the build?
A: Yes! Castle Rock Builders will handle all aspects pertaining to your build. Castle Rock Builders takes care of any site work, engineering, permits, etc… making your building process completely “turn-key”.
Q: What is the cost, per square foot, to build a Castle Rock Builder’s Custom Home?
A: For exact pricing, we would need to see an exact plan, exact specifications and conduct a FREE Site Evaluation on the lot that you intend to build on. We pride ourselves in providing all inclusive pricing and in order to do so, we would need to see and evaluate the previously mentioned items. Upon contacting Castle Rock Builders we would be glad to provide you with preliminary pricing on any one of our 35 available models. Your preliminary pricing will be based upon our included (upgraded) specifications and will also include, in the preliminary price provided, some aspects of general site work.
